Next to sushi & sashimi, our gastronomic adventures must always include Mexican's colorful flavors. So, since today happens to be our little celebration of being miraculously together for 11 years (trust me, I can't believe either! haha), we decided to savor and feast @ El Toro.
We would have wanted a bigger celebration, like pack and
travel to Japan (oh wait, that's not gonna happen until April yet!!! Weeeh!) but we have other priorities on our way so a hearty lunch was all perfect to compensate.

But we decided to eat al fresco. As you can see, it was quite an early lunch and so we had the resto exclusive just for us.
While waiting for our deli foods to be served, I took a few snaps inside.
They played music from
Putumayo --- now loving this resto even more!!!
Salsa + Nachos came as complimentary entree. Yum!
But we couldn't get enough of it, so we ordered chili con carne....

Their quesadillas was superb! I can't wait to go back and dig some more!

There's a pretty obvious answer out there but oh well, we got a lifetime to figure out the rest of it I supposed so -- Hahah.
